Examples of different interpretations of maximum sound power levels. Point (a) represents a maximum sound power level at an air temperature of 7 °C with reduced rotational speeds of fan and compressor when the heating capacity is limited for higher air temperatures, Point (b) is an example when the maximum sound power level is declared for cummulated bin hours >75% for an average climate [7] and line (c) shows a reduced maximum sound powel with very low heating capacity.
